Konstantin Mychailovich LYUBIMOV
Konstantin LYUBIMOV - General Director of 'Engineering Center 'CSS University’, Ltd, Vice-President of All-Russian Academy of Complex Security Systems.
In 2001, graduated from the State University – Higher School of Economics Law School. In 2004, after post-graduate course in the International Independent University of Ecology and Political Science, obtained PhD degree in economics. In 2012, graduated from the EMERCOM State Fire Service Academy. After the course, qualified as ‘Manager in Public and Municipal Administration’. Alumnus of the State Higher Professional Education Institution ‘National Research University ‘Higher School of Economics’ special retraining course for professionals ‘Business Administration: Professional Training for Joint Stock Companies Managers’.
Konstantin LYUBIMOV has been working in the field of complex security for more than 15 years. During this period, he constantly participates in projects implementation and development in such areas as reference documentation development, implementation of comprehensive automation and security advanced technologies, facilities monitoring. Konstantin LYUBIMOV proactively cooperates with state power bodies, public and commercial organizations. He’s full member of All-Russian Academy of Complex Security Sciences, Academy of Quality Issues, Russian Federation National Public Control Committee, International Transportation Academy, European Information Science Academy. Konstantin LYUBIMOV is also involved in work of several expert and consultative bodies and working groups under a number of state structures like Moscow Department of City-Buliding Policy, Technical Committee 439 of Federal Agency on Technical Regulation and Metrology, Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, Federal Chamber of Fire-Fighting, Rescue Field and Security Guarding. He’s a publisher of ‘Global Security’ magazine. Awarded with honorary diploma from Moscow Department of City-Building Policy for a major personal contribution to development and implementation of advanced comprehensive security systems for multiple building projects in Moscow.
